Are you insured?
Rubicon Photography holds comprehensive public liability insurance for both ground and drone photography. We also maintain employer and full professional indemnity insurance. Digital copies of our insurance documents are available upon request to meet venue requirements.
How many photographers are included in our package?
Most of our wedding packages include a second photographer, unless otherwise stated, this ensures comprehensive coverage of your wedding day, capturing moments from multiple angles. This allows for more candid shots during the ceremony and reception, as well as simultaneous coverage of both bridal and groom preparations, providing a richer gallery experience for you.
Can we tailor our wedding package?
Our wedding packages include various options, but if you need more customization, please reach out via phone or our website. We can tailor hours, album sizes, page spreads, and other details to fit your specific needs.
How do we pay for our Wedding package?
To secure your wedding date with Rubicon Photography, a non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required. This is on a first-come, first-served basis. The final balance is due one month before the wedding. Full terms and conditions are provided with package quotations upon request.
Who owns our wedding photos \ images as in copyright?
Copyright for photographs is automatically granted to the photographer or their employing company as a fundamental aspect of intellectual property rights. Couples who hire these photographers receive a license that permits unlimited personal use of the images captured during their special moments. However, any commercial use of these photographs requires prior written consent from the copyright holder and may incur additional charges based on usage. It is important to understand that any unauthorized use of these images will result in an invoice being issued for each individual image that was used without appropriate permission or licensing. This is to protect the rights of the photographers and ensure fair compensation for their creative work.
